Good Faith Estimates
Anesthesia Associates of Gainesville, LLC and Ambulatory Anesthesia of North Georgia, LLC are committed to providing patients with transparent pricing so they can understand their potential out-of-pocket costs. As required by the No Surprises Act, patients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the global cost of any non-emergency medical related expense or service. You may ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate prior to scheduling your service. The cost estimate provided by AAG and AANG is a good faith estimate based upon the information provided to us at the time of the request. Please understand that industry anesthesia pricing is based upon several factors such as a patient’s physical status, unforeseen complications, additional anesthesia services ordered by the surgeon, but is mostly affected by how long the anesthesia service/surgery lasts which is difficult to predict in advance. As such, the pricing estimate is a good faith estimate and is not a guarantee of the final billing that the patient may receive. Our business office and billing vendor team is available to offer service cost estimates and to assist with any billing or insurance coverage questions that our patients may have.
